Aaronah is an extremely efficient and thorough agent. She was very patient and showed us homes that always fit our needs and qualifications. She was always available to answer questions and relay information to us. She was with us every step of the way through the entire process of searching, finding financing, and closing on our home. She has a very easygoing demeanor and was able to make the entire transaction as stress-free as possible. She has a wonderful personality and is very easy to speak to; no pressure or usual sales tactics. I would highly recommend Aaronah to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Over a lifetime this will be the third home we have purchased and our experience with Aaronah is by far the best we have ever had.

I am a property investor and I’ve worked with multiple realtors before, and Aaronah is the one I plan to stick with as long as she remains a realtor! She’s really quick to respond even though we live in time zones with 12-hour difference. She also perfectly understands my requirements and proposes great advice to make my offers more competitive considering my constraints. She is proactive to follow up on issues – for example, there was once where the County auditor’s records weren’t updated after a sale, imposing a penalty fee on me. While it isn’t the realtor’s job to follow up on things with the auditor, she continued to see through the issue. She really goes above and beyond. She is willing to put in extra time for detailed showings, which is very important for me being abroad and having all showings only virtually. She’s also super friendly and understanding. And she loves dogs. She does not behave as just my realtor, but as a really great friend. So glad to have found her. Basically it’s that wonderful feeling when you know you finally found the realtor whose stars align with yours. Thank you for being you, Aaronah!!
