Each year, Downtown Hilliard transforms into a winter wonderland during the Hilliard Tree Lighting, a cherished holiday tradition that brings the community together for festive fun, music, and magical memories. On Sunday, December 1, 2024, we gathered once again at Hilliard’s Station Park to kick off the holiday season in grand style.

The event is known for its lively atmosphere, and this year was no exception. From 4 to 6:30 p.m., attendees enjoyed a wide variety of free festive activities. The highlight of the evening? The dazzling tree lighting ceremony at 6:15 p.m., followed by the presentation of the Best Hometown Award, which added a special touch to the festivities.

Local choirs brought the holiday spirit to life with heartwarming performances. From the sweet voices of the Hilliard Youth Choir to the harmonies of the Hilliard Darby Polyphonix Choir, the lineup of talented singers made the evening truly memorable.
